My wife Angie and I would like to take this opportunity to give testament to the outstanding service and attention we have received to date from both yourself and your company Cryogenesis. Storing stem cells after the birth of our first child was easy as we were based in the UK at the time. However with the birth of our 2nd child, we are now based in Australia and the collection and storage of stem cells in Australia is still in its infancy and we decided to use your company instead of storing the cells in Australia. The choice of your company was an easy one as the fact that the cells are split out and stored in different locations was attractive to us in terms of security of the stem cells. In the event that a disaster should befall one storage site, another batch is safe and secure in a totally different country. With babies not yet telling us the actual delivery dates, we were concerned that the cord blood would be exposed to extraordinary transit times which would adversely affect the batch. By arranging to use World Couriers, a company which guarantees its 24/7 pick- up and delivery service, we had the greatest confidence that the batch would be transported quickly and efficiently to its destination. Additionally, the collection pack sent to us was of the highest standard with clear and concise instructions, which even this was our first time collecting the blood, detailed all the necessary steps and processes. We were impressed with the data provided to us after the processing of the cells and we rest assured that the stem cells are stored safely.
